With a little bit of free time before I take the bus out of this small town, I decided it's time to make an entry here... well... more specifically due to not having access to my own site from this computer. It's been quite a week and I was very successful at getting the reference photos I wanted for some of the architectural designs I'll be doing in IMA (and this was only three days into the trip, at that!).
Now I find myself armed with a tale that I will actually write about... a first, I know. For the few of you who are familiar with how I write, expect this to be just as long if not longer... and I don't even want to think how long this will take to type out at the moment. At the very least, now I have the opportunity to swap stories about traveling to Japan with another individual who I'm going to have to believe will weave a tale far more bizarre and outlandish than my own experience but I'll do my best to entertain her, nevertheless.
So look forward to reading: 'Japan: A Traveler's Guide For People Who Don't Read Guides.' I'll post it both on
[link] and as an entry here. And yes, I know, why would someone who doesn't read up on a country they want to visit read this... but that's exactly the point!
I should tell you about responding to comments though. If you respond to the way you're doing, the people will never know that you have responded to what you've said. It's not wrong, but it's not handy if you want them to see what you've posted. If you click on the 'reply' button on the person's comment, the response will go right under theirs, and they will receive a message in their box saying that you have responded to their message.
Just I FYI.
